Uninstalling VHS to DVD

Question

As many of you already know VHS to DVD does not appear to work within Windows 7, even with the numerous downloads, updates, and unecessary tinkering. So, I uninstalled Roxio's VHS to DVD software a few days ago, which was suprisingly easy; the one feature of the software which works perfectly in Windows 7.

I've removed information concerning another product. Your last post to me was to replay with a new thread concerning my progress, and uninstalling without a refund is my progress.

Assuming that you purchased V2D from the Roxio Store, you will have to contact Roxio directly for a refund. This is a user forum and none of us work for Roxio…

If you purchased it elsewhere, that is between you and them.

If you follow the Clean Install down to the point just before the Install portion that will remove it from your PC.
