Creating a Menu for my video

iafc

Question

This is my first attempt to create a DVD from my videos.

I have edited them using Adobe PE7 and have created the final .avi file

I have Roxio MyDVD 9.0 and want to use it to create a customized menu giving the option to start the movie with a "play" button.

Is there step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

As I said this is the first time I am doing this and have no clue.

I have Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE that came with Vista.

I also have a short video that I will use for practice and would like to follow some instructions to customize the menu.

My final video is an .avi file of about 15GB and I want to make sure that I know what I am doing before I burn this one.

Here is another aide for making your own menu. Remember that you can get only about 1 hour of best quality video on a single sided disc.

When you go to burn, burn to an ISO file. Create a virtual disc and play it on your computer before you burn it to a disc. Use Creator Classic to copy the ISO file to the disc if everthing looks OK.

You may not have all the application with that OEM castrated version of the software.
