Burning Simple Video

footejb

Question

I am attempting to burn a project. I captured the video from my camcorder. Selected a menu. Added 4 very short segments of video. Much smaller than the 4.7GB of free space on the DVD. After I hit burn I get a 8004520c error message. I found information on this error wh/ told me to defrag my hard drive wh/ I did but it still gives me the same error message. Very frustrating. I have been at this for 2 days and can not get my home movies to DVD.

Have you tried to capture the video from your camcorder, save it to your HD somewhere, open the "Videowave" program and insert your captured videos there, edit them as you want, save the production with a name of your choice as a dmsm file. Then open the "MyDVD" program and enter that dmsm file and then burn a DVD after doing any other editing ??
