A customer of mine recently had his laptop wiped. From what I understand, EasyDVD came preinstalled on said laptop. Is there a way to retrieve said software? Which numbers would he need to provide? The manufacturer of the Laptop that supplied the software is responsible for the OEM software as well as support and you will have to contact them. Roxio does not support OEM software. BTW, you have posted in the Venue and Qflix forum which obviously the customer does not have. Also EasyDVD is too vague to specify the actual software.
