Moved > will not open the capture box

I have installed software, and tried to copy a vhs tape to a dvd and I keep getting an UNKNOWN CAPTURE ERROR on my screen. Does anyone know how to fix it?

hello I am not sure how to access this site but also have had a major problem with this bit of kit It just will not open the capture box i also deleted it on my computer and now do not have either vhs to dvd or creator 2010 after paying £100 for the benefit of being ripped off as it stands at the moment i cannot get any help and am pretty angry

That's probably because Roxio Support is off on Holiday, I would guess, (big Thanksgiving Holiday observed here in the US).

 

If you bought the software from Roxio you have a 30 return policy...

 

VHS to DVD is not compatible with Windows 7..

 

If you have Roxio Creator 2010 and the USB Capture Device that came with your copy of Easy VHS to DVD, that is all you need. Easy VHS to DVD is duplication of some applications of the full Creator 2010 Suite..

 

Look through my signature for Clean uninstall reinstall procedure for your Roxio Version and Operating System. Print it out and follow it, if you don't follow it exact, you might end up back where you are now.
