putting background music on in VW

hexe

Question

I made a slidshow of 700 photos in EMC 10 Videowave and want to put about 30 different songs as background music on. I love to use the internal tracks, since if you change one song, all the other songs don't get mixed up. Can you really only use the internal track of one photo or video or can I somehow select several photos and use for all of them an internal track to put the music on?

Thank you

Obviously the internal track can only apply to one photo

Put the song on alternate audio tracks then if you change one song the other songs won't get mixed up. You can also use the fade in/fade out feature to get a nice effect when switching from one son to the next.

BTW, a 700 photo slideshow is really not that interesting to watch unless you break it up into several "titles". You also realize that that allows only 5 secs per slide if you view at best quality.

How can I put music on alternate audio tracks? If I go add music, it only gives me the options of sound track, internal or music track?

Thank you

Switch to Timeline view (in Videowave) then select show/hide tracks. This will bring up the "Show/Hide Tracks" window.

In the Show Audio tracks panel also select the Nar (narration) and Sfx (Sound Effects) to make them visible. Hit Ok and now you can add audio files to either of those tracks.

You can also use the Internal tracks to add music by doing the same thing, in effect you have 6 audio tracks available
