The product requires a clean install, not just an ordinary reinstall.

 

HERE are the instructions if you're running in Vista.

HERE and the ones to use if you're running in XP.

Follow them as closely as you can.

If it works on your notebook you know the Roxio is ok.

Also, when you did the Clean Install, did you skip any of the steps.

Brendon I did this and results were negative. decided to use back up clone drive which should accept install. Think it could be windows os problem. running wix xp64 pro. Thanks for your response.
