Creator 2009 crash-trying to add photos to slide show.

I'm trying to help out my uncle here....

He's trying to add photos for a slide show, but when he get's up over 10 photos, the program crashes and he get's this:

Roxmediadb11 module has stopped working and was closed.

I saw a couple of posts with a somewhat similar error, but no real solutions were given. I'd like to help him out before he leaves to go home (24hrs) because he's not tech savvy at all. Any help asap would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the VideoWave program from Video/Movies tab, Edit Video-Advanced.

 

 

It is a different program and may do the trick.

 

Otherwise, wrecked programs mean Clean Install Proceedure.
