For everyone that is getting the error message "Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products", this is what I did. I got this message on my new Dell computer after upgrading from Vista 64 bit to Windows 7 64 bit. After many clean installs and discussions with Roxio support their final GUESS was for me to totally clean off Windows 7 and reinstall it not as a upgrade. Well, there is no way I am going through that so I gave up and will wait for a future patch. I found with my software bundle that came with my Dell a program called Creator Premier Blu-ray10.2 and there is a patch that takes to version 10.3. It installed with no problems and works great, and it was free.
