duration setting in Videowave

I am using Videowave (EMC) for a photo slideshow production. I had the duration of all the photos set to 8 s/photo, but would like to change the duration of all the photos (500) to 5 s/photo. I know there is under FILE the PRODUCTION SETTING which you can set for all the photos before you upload them, but where can I change the duration of all the photos after I added them already?

Go to Timeline. In the production Editor area, select the scissor icon (it's called "Trim"). Enter the new duration and select to apply to all images.
