It is also a good idea to change you user name so that it does not include your e-mail address unless you want to receive lots of junk mail

Since you have not even mentioned what software you are trying to install, nobody will be able to help you

I think the thread header (easy vhs to dvd) might provide a clue, but doesn't say which Version

What are the rest of the specs? Do they exceed these?

 

Prepare your computer using these instructions and then copy the disc to a folder on your hard drive and install from there. Warning, do you have Creator 2009 already installed
