Rox Wizard Launch module not responding

idlisambar

Question

I have vista home premium. I have successfully converted about 6 VHS tapes. I have also down loaded the service pack. I am not able to convert now as I get this message "Rox Wizard Launch module not responding" from internet explorer after i i hit plug and burn .. Any suggestions appreciated. I have sincerely tried to go through all 3 pages of this forum for a solution but could not find one

Thanks . I tried. It will not allow me to change to my DVD drive. I can only capture to my c:/ drive. problem with this- windows media player 11 cannot give audio - FAMOUS error message - C00D11B1 - quick time also plays only video content.

I shut off computer - allowed some time - reconnected VCR and video capture USB plug. tried P & B. it worked BUt.........The DVD plays only on my computer - I have tried 2 different DVD players connected to TV- it does not work there.

I am willing to try any thing - Also it does not convert from VHS tape that originally was 8mm film.

Thanks Roxio community for your input.

When you capture, you capture TO YOUR HARD DRIVE, not your DVD drive, so you did capture correctly, anyway.
