Question

When I try to load the program all that is loaded is Burn Audio CDs and Burn MP3 CDs. I uninstalled the program 5 times and reloaded and this is all I get. So far not a very good software????

I have been trying to get this program to work for over two weeks to no avail. I have attempted several different strategies from support through email. I have tried to load the software on my older pc in my office; It is a Windows XP system, I even installed new 2.0 usb ports but nothing worked. So I thought maybe it was the pc so I attempted to install on my new Dell Inspiton 1720 running Vista with 4gb memory and a 2.5 core two duo with the same results. I even attempted to install on my Dell XPS 400 desktop running Windows Media Center with the same results. After plugging in the usb device and putting the disc in the drive, it begins by saying preparing to load then getting an error message "This program had encountered a problem and needs to close." Roxio support doesn't seem to have an answer and I'm out of ideas. I need this program for my professional use but I'm at the point of giving up on it and looking for other alternatives. An internet search reveals a plethora of other customers with similiar issues. And just for the record, I think it's ridiculous to try to charge customers for technical support for a product they purchased from you. I appreciate any assistance offered.

What does the bolded text above, mean? How many USB ports do you have, and how many USB devices are you running?
