bohalloran
Roxio has posted this article regarding the truncated file issue with OS 10.6.2. Until they can resolve this they point out the workaround is to use Save a Copy as.... I sure hope that when they fix it for 10.6.2 users, it also fixes it for 10.5.8 for BOTH PPC as well as intel Mac machines. For whatever reason, I get the feeling that fixes seem to apply to intel macs. I really wonder what resources are put to keep the PPC platform supported. I see that the post indicates that this was introduced in a change to 10.6.2 but that other versions are unaffected. I get the same problems with 10.5.8 on a PPC both PM G5 and PB G4. Another reason I an suspicious about PPC support even though PPC is supported with 10.5.x

I was not aware of this, it is posted here: http://www.deepseasoftware.com/support/ Note the comment under the ad for Roxio. Based on this I can only understand that any and all issues we Toast users have with CDSD must be answered by Roxio. I just know know why tech support does not respond.
