Printing with Label Creator 20010

I cannot align projects on Memeorex disc (A4). I have tried calibrating and that process does not help. If I could physically move the entire project 1/4 inch to the 10:00 position it would work. Also every time I want to print

the same project it requires me to re select the paper type.

I'm having the same problem. Calibration does not move the template far enough as some of the calibration letters are outside of the circle.
