PaulBou
How do you insert powerpoint slides (either as PP documents or video snapshots) within a video (with a speaker talking), so that the video sound audio (the speaker speaking) continues as the project flips to the PP content, then back to the speaker? You can't enter a MS PPS show into Roxio C2010 as far as I know. However, what you can do is convert the PPS to a Video and then you can use it in Roxio Videowave and MyDVD etc. Frank... 0 PaulBou
Thanks, that helps a lot. If I make the (still) PP a movie, and cut it within to the speaker's video, how do I make the speakers voice fall over the PP - that is, show the PP with the speaker's voice continuing, but not the speaker's image? I'm not positive and I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong, but you should be able to add your PP-converted-to-a-Video as an overlay on top of your video to do what you want. Alternatively, you can extract the audio portion of your first video to a separate .WAV or .MP3 file. Now you can add your videos into VideoWave, and then add the audio separately, muting the native audio of the original video. Hope that helps! I might have not guessed correctly about what you wee trying to do. I thought you had a MS Power Point slide show that you were trtying to enter. If you were just talking about the still slides that are in the PP show then that is a whole different story. I have used many MS PP shows that I want to use in a Videowave production and then burn a DVD of that. So I have a program that changes the PPS to a video. Then I use that video to insert into my Videowave program. Sorry if I mis-lead you. Frank...
