I'm having similar problems. 'Split From Video Capture'

Hi,

 

I'm having similar problems. There is no video, only audio. It jerks on and of every second or two, skipping. Yesterday it was working fine, today it only shows a green screen in the preview window. (with audio mucked up every two seconds).

 

My hardware:

Core 2 Quad Q6600

4 Gigs Ram

9800Gt Nivida GFX card

614.7 Gb Free space on HDD

 

Software:

Windows Xp SP3

Roxio easy VHS to DVD

Version: 1.1.125 SP2; 4.50.13a

Build: 111B25F, VHS; 450B14A, VHS

I don't have creator.

 

I have tried restarting my PC, uninstalling program and reinstalling - with SP2, and have checked all cables. Tape is fine - tried on different machine (and it was working yesterday. I am copying at DV quality.

Confirm you do not use PAL or a SCART connection?

 

You have looked through cdanteek's pinned post at the top and compared his pictures with your drivers to make sure you actually have it properly installed???

Glad you it running, now you get onto that great stack of VHS Cassettes that have piled up
