Scene detection problem in Roxio 2010 Videowave

I have recently purchased Roxio 2010. I import video to videowave. Initiate scene detection which produces the thumbnails. I highlight them but am unable to drag them to my production.

I have previously used Roxio 2009 and encountered no problems doing this.

Of course Scenes only work from the My Media tab:

 

 

They will not work if the Folders tab is selected:
