Simultaneous Burning on Multiple Drives

Third Army

Question

Hey,

I have Roxio Easy Creato 9.1 XE with an Aleratec 1:4 CD/DVD Tower Publisher connected via USB. When I click on "home" and hit copy, I see the destination drives, but the program does not give me the option to check on which ones I wish to write to. I looked for the "advanced options" button, but with no luck. Am I overlooking something? I downloaed the PX engine, and did everything else I could read from other Roxio forums. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have a 1 Beyond 3215m computer running a Microsoft XP operating system on an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Thanks.

The XE version is a crippled version of the FULL retail EMC 9, and probably does not have that feature.

If your OEM version does not have Creator Classic available under 'Data' then your software doesn't have that capabilitie.

Maybe a user that has the XE version will drop by and help out.

XE was Mad Dog version, and came free when you purchased the burner.

Hi, I am and Aleratec employee. Make sure you are using Disc Copier. From the Home screen, click on "Copy DVD Movies". This will bring up Disc Copier. You can also go to Copy in the Roxio Program Group on your start menu and click on Disc Copier. Select your source drive and then select one of the drives in your 1:4 DVD/CD Tower Publisher as your destination drive. After doing this you will be able to select Advanced Copy from the drop down box where it currently says Copy. You will then be able to select the rest of the drives in your Aleratec 1:4 DVD/CD Tower Publisher.

If you should have more questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team directly at support@aleratec.com

Thanks,
