hennypenny Posted December 12, 2009 Report Share Posted December 12, 2009 I had some trouble with Creator 2010, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the program. The uninstall appeared to be complete, but it still appears in the list of installed programs. When I try to reinstall the program, the only choices I get are to repair or uninstall the program, both options fail with errors. So now I'm stuck... can't uninstall, repair or install! How can I get a clean uninstall so I can get a clean install?!? Using Vista O/S... I can't even figure out how to post a new message on this site... I'm not replying to Creeator 2010.. Have a copy that I haven't loaded since I have issues Uninstalling EZ creator & DVD #6.. Maybe a can sneak in here and someone will help me. The Roxio icon is on the desktop but it's under under ADD/Remove programs.. Something happened when when installed it "again" and isn't installed all the way. Plus.. When I put disc in CD/DVD player...nothing happens.. When I look in My computer and click on drive.. Nothing shows in drive.... What the heck?? Then I went into Program files to delete from there and it starts deleting then gives me some kind of error message.. Can anyone out there help???
