I open Roxio Creator 2010 (with SP1) and then click on Edit Audio. Sound Editor opens. I select Add Audio File. Media Manager opens. Nothing is in the box. It is pointing to my DVD drive. Selecting any button hangs the program and the Active Window Bar shows (Not Responding). I have ran the repair function and installed SP1. I edit audio each Sunday for my church and this issue started two weeks ago. I am running Windows 7 and the software worked two weeks ago. I can convert pictures, audio and video using the Drag and Drop Convert tool. This does not help as I need to extract the sermon from the service. Looking forward to your resolution.
A picture of the error message can be found at http://jacksjoy.info/id15.html. It is a file download link titled "Roxio Error picture file" at the bottom of the page.
