You will have to take this up with Dell.

You have a cut down Dell OEM and 110% Support comes from Dell, not Roxio.

I did see the Dell 10.2 version and called it the empty box for its' lack of features  No idea what is in the 10.3 but I would not expect much more...

I don't really know what you expect Roxio to do with your XD card that isn't already built into the OS?

Can your OS see the pictures themselves using its native file browser? If not maybe there is a problem with the xd card or your card reader? I don't know what it is called in Win7, but the Windows Explorer in Win XP can see my pictures in the xd card. I have an Olympus digital camera.

I apologize for interupting with that hot fix. I did not see the date and the version number.

Once confirming suggestion. Dell has a pretty good users group. You may find some help there. For instance, here are some threads on Roxio software burning issues

Just one more thing. What is the format of the images on the cards. If they are "raw" or a different special format, then the program may not see them. you'll have to check your dosumentation. The retail version of EMC 10 supports these formats "Image: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF"
