jimdandy
I downloaded 10.0.5 and attempted to install. When I am prompted to enter the product key, I enter it, and the "continue" button won't highlight. I double checked all the o's and 1's. Do you have to enter the product key every time you upgrade? tsantee
I didn't have to enter the key. My registration and TSID is remembered from the previous version and I simply click the continue button when that page appears in the setup assistant. I've read other posts where users need to re-enter their registration code. Did you trash the previous version of Toast before copying over the new one from the downloaded disc image file? Did you separate the digits in the correct place with a "-" ?
firenhancer
Another reason for this to happen is if the copy of toast (product key) was procured from illegit source.
