I didn't have to enter the key. My registration and TSID is remembered from the previous version and I simply click the continue button when that page appears in the setup assistant. I've read other posts where users need to re-enter their registration code. Did you trash the previous version of Toast before copying over the new one from the downloaded disc image file?

I downloaded 10.0.5 and attempted to install. When I am prompted to enter the product key, I enter it, and the "continue" button won't highlight. I double checked all the o's and 1's. Do you have to enter the product key every time you upgrade?

Did you separate the digits in the correct place with a "-" ?
