Lots of issues with the video side

I am very frustrated with this product. I have had problems with it ever since I got it last year, I funally gave up on it for awhile but now am trying to fix again. I have done everything customer support suggests and nothing works, tonight I even did a uninstall and clean install of Easy Media Creator 2010. The photo and audio side of it work but nothing dealing with the dvd stuff. I get errors on everything.

Runtime Error!

Program:...on Files\Roxio

Shared\10.0\SharedCOM\Content Merger 10.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHZ Windows Vista 32 bit 2.0GB

 

Any suggestions....is it something to do with my computer?

You could not have gotten this product last year since Roxio Creator 2010 only came out a couple of months ago.

 

Before trying to offer any help for you lets establish what program you really have: is it Roxio Creator 2010 or Easy Media Creator 10 - these are 2 version/years apart.

You have EMC 10, not Creator 2010. I see the confusion. Both products have a 10 in them.

Now that we know exactly what software you are using perhaps you could volunteer a bit more information: what are you trying to do, what are you doing, etc. All you have stated so far is "It doesn't work". It is really hard to offer any suggestions with such vague information
