chapters and menu viewing issues

Having problems viewing selected chapters in "mydvd" roxio 2010. In the preview window, I can view the main menu and the rest of my dvd. My dvd movie plays back correctly even when I skip to chapters... all the chapter markers are present and working. But when I want to view the chapters as a menu (chapter menu), they are nowhere to be found. Any Ideas on where I went wrong or what I'm missing on this?

The Preview in MyDVD is an accurate rendition of the final DVD.

 

If things don't work on the final DVD, you have to look to your Media or your Player.

 

Some Players are particular about burned media – check the manual.
