enrico
Try this article; Resolving General Burning Issues Also, have you applied service pack 4? Creator 2009 sp4 I know that this may be the wrong place to write but I have spent nearly one hour try to log in and repeatedly rejected. So my problem is I have Roxio Creator 2009 running on Vista. When I try to copy and burn a DVD and press the Go button, I get the message " The source you are trying to copy is bigger than the destination disc". This happens on all disks which I know I have copied before with no problem. Help please, in words of one syllable for me a computer dummy. 0 Jim_Hardin
Always best to start a new Topic rather than latch onto one that is kinda close to your problem. The error message is most likely your answer. You probably have a 8.5GB disc and are trying to copy it onto a 4.7GB disc… Some more details would be helpful such as what is the Source disc you are trying to copy? What is your burner make/model? In the Roxio Home app, click on Tools – Get Disc Info. It will show the Manufacture & Model on one line. What does it say?
