Transcoding Error when Burning DVD

sethadietrich

Question

I went back to burn a production in that I made in the winter (from which I had already burned 3 dvds) and now this production, nor any other productions will not burn. Same thing every time: about 30 seconds into the burning it declares the project finished and gives me the transcoding error Ox80045104 111 and puts a hair-line's worth of material on the disc - just enough tto render it useless. All productions were made with purely AVI video imported into Videwave.

I have a Dell 2400. Don;t know the videocard, but Videowave was working relatively well for me (audio/video problems of course) for a year and now this! I have tried the patch and it did not help.

Any suggestions? How do I burn to an ISO file from DVD builder (I'm assuming this might help me determine if it is the software's problem or a problem with my burner)?

Thanks!!!!

Seth

To burn an image file from DVD Builder, when you select 'Burn', uncheck the box 'burn to disk' and put a check in the box 'save image file'. Click the browse button and choose the destination directory and a name and click burn. When finished, go to the directory where the file was saved, open it with Disc Copier and burn to disk.

Hope it works for you.
