Not sure exactly what this function of Roxio does, but at every four hours or so it "blue screens" my computer. The event log says "no response for the Roxio hard drive watcher 12 (timed out)". On services, the service is set to automatic, but I find it off when checking the status. I turn it on and it kicks off again. I would like to just get rid of it, and would like to uninstall if I knew a safe way to do it.
I am operating on a EVGA SL780i motherboard which has enough problems as it is.
