Question about photos not appearing

I choose my photos for my slideshow and then when you go to preview it there is just a black screen. Does anyone know what is happening?

What version of PhotoShow are you using? Desk top or on-line version? Have you tried to restore your computer to an earlier time or to reinstall the program.

Have you been able to preview the slide show in the past?

What format are the images that do not appear or is it all of them? How large are they?

This is often a video display issue. What do you have for a computer and video card/chip? Have you updated your video card drivers lately?

Have you updated to the latest build?

 

Did you know that "Starting "Preview" now plays from the currently selected photo instead of from the beginning, making it easier to view the part of the show you're working on.
