The star of (Roxio Ceator 2009 Special Edition Shortcut) it don't want to work all the 4 yellow line in there only 1 it not yellow how can i fix that problem of the star when i click it say Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience bottom say click send error report or don't send, i sent a error robort nothing help still the same.
