Spin Doctor Update to 6.1 - needs CD Key

I just loaded Toast 10 from the CD and am trying to update the software. I used Spin Doctor and Toast 10 and registered the CD Key on my Mac. Spin Doctor off the CD is 6.0.2, so I downloaded 6.1. After it downloads and mount the disk image, I drag the application to my Application Folder. When I try to run Spin Doctor 6.1, it asks for the registration key again and will not accept the one from my CD case.

 

I am running 10.6.2 Mac.

That's the wrong Spin Doctor update for you. The latest Spin Doctor that is included with Toast 10 is 6.1.2 and it is contained in the Toast 10.0.5 update download. The one you downloaded separately is for users who bought Spin Doctor as an individual application instead of bundled with Toast 10. The one bundled with Toast 10 has no registration key but Toast 10 must be launched one time before launching Spin Doctor.
