Roxio easy VHS to DVD

I have Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. Connected correctly. But will not format or read the CD

Any reason for this. It only shows the CD is incompatible. This is the same CDs I used before and it worked. With the exception of length

Please give some details on what you are trying to do.

Of course if you are trying to burn a DVDs you have to use DVDs, CDs will not work

 

You never format DVDs when doing video work
