Roxio Update Manager

My computer keeps trying to install the Roxio Update Manager with UM.MSI. The system keeps telling me that the path is not correct. Everytime I try to change the path it tells me can't find the file. This is constant on my display. It won't go away. HELP!

You may need to have the CD in the drive and point to that.

 

If you have the download version, open the file with winzip or winrar, extract the contents to a temp folder and point the updater to that

 

If that fails, then a clean install is the only other option
