The tracks I select de-select themselves every few seconds

DJMaria

Question

I am trying to burn mp3 disks and while I try to select several tracks at a time, it randomly deselects what I have selected. I have the control key pressed, but it just de-selects the tracks every couple of seconds. As I have over 1200 songs I am trying to burn, this is SO frustrating. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, is there a solution?

It's not the overall size of the project. I am selecting about 3 or 4 tracks at a time just so that I have time to press the 'add' button. If I select more than 4, all of the tracks are de-selected (because of the time it takes to click on them, not the amount of tracks). I am able to do it, it's just a matter of timing...very annoying! Any other suggestions?

Are you using the Windows shortcut to select the tracks? CTRL+

check the overall size of the project - it's just possible you are adding more than the disc can take

Also bear in mind you need at least as much temporary space on the hard drive as you do for the final product (if you are making a .iso it could be double the amount required).
