It tell tells me missing video applications. The problem is very time I click on the downloan file it doesn't do anything. Can someone help me. I'm going to follow your advice and let you if it worked. I purchase Roxio Creator 2010 Pro and very thing is working just fine until I try to view a DVD Movie. Are you trying to download the SP1 for Creator 2010? It sounds like you need more than SP1. What else doesn't work? Try a repair with your anti-virus and anti-malware OFF. Is this what you are trying to download? Copy the installation disc to your hard drive and search for the msi for Cineplayer and run that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
