Program Errors

Question

Installed EM8.05 on Win2K. Most of the useful tools result in:

<program>.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.

I don't have a USB sound card (one known documented reason for this), so I am at a loss for solutions.

Where is the error log anyway?

Hi Eller58,

Can you do us all here a favour, can you place in as much info in your posts on the computer you have, PC type (if posable) OS, Service packs , hardware like video, sound cards, and DVD unit in it.

As the reasion we ask for this info, is that there is no way to diagnise your falt without some background..

If you can do that first then we all here can start to give you some help...

PS: look how i have it in my signiture, it's easyer this way.

with regards
