Videowave/MyDVD background

verlynr

Question

Roxio 2010. New to process. Somehow, I've added an image to the background of my Videowave/MyDVD project that I can't remove. It shows up behind still photos that don't fill the whole frame (like vertical shots). How did I get it there and how do I remove it? It is very distracting when I watch the production. Otherwise I'm enjoying Creator 2010 and it's features...Thanks for help...

Sounds similar to the issue discussed in this thread. What video card do you have?

Just talked with NVIDA --- graphic driver 182.50 is not supported by Windows 7.

Have same problem -- solution suggested was to use NVIDIA Driver 182.50 but it is not supported by Windows 7. This was verified by NIVIDIA.

You should also post the same info in the thread where the suggestion was made to you for you issue-- here.

Edited: Cranky 1 do you know if the OP has the same card and OS? What you posted may not be applicable. Please put your computer information in your signature by going to the top of the page and selecting My Controls and then look to the left to edit signature. Put in the type of infomation you see that others have.

I responded ot Cranky1 because I thought that he had hijacked another thread.

ANSWER the question. What video card do you have?

Best solution is to post your computer specs in your signature. My Controls tab at the top of the page and then to the left to edit signature. Put in the main computer spec information.

Who are you responding to?

verlynr has only posted once in this thread

Cranky1. He is posting several places on the forum with information that may or may not be applicable to the posts he adds infrmation to. If he would have posted that he had a certain card then the OP would have known if it were applicable to the information about the drivers. At least he mentioned W7 but that doesn't mean that the OP for this thread has W7.

Perhaps I should change my screen name to Cranky01 or Cranky Prime ! :P

I don't think my problem is with my video card. My question is about Background Fill. How do I change the background fill from an image I mistakenly used back to a solid black background?

- Launch VW

- Go to File --> Production Settings

- Choose the desired color/gradient for background fill.
