Error 000D Creator 2010 Installation

I have attempted all of the suggestions found in the article connected with the above error and I'm still getting the same error message. I'm beginning to think that this program is more trouble than it is worth. Is it not possible to speak with someone just to get this software installed? The link you posted is for Creator 2009. But your topic heading is in regards to creator 2010. Which program do you have ???

000D means the data is invalid or corrupt. Is this on a disc or downloaded file?

 

It is a disc, fresh out of the box. I also know it works because we were able to load it onto a different computer. I have also put the contents on my desktop and tried to load it on from that.
