I've just installed Creator 2009 and am trying to use Creator Classic to burn a data disk. When I attempt to add a folder (containing about 3300 files and a total of 360 MB) to the project list, the program hangs with the "Adding files to the project list" dialog box being displayed before all the files are added. Canceling the dialog box results in the program crashing and a Windows XP error message inviting me to send Microsoft an error report.
I get the same problem when I try to add other folders with multiple files so my guess is the the problem is related to the number of files being added, not the size of the files.
I couldn't find any info about this problem in the forums here or in the Roxio Knowledge Base. I'm running Windows XP, sp 3 and I've updated Creator 2009 to sp4.
