Can't open CD copy application

Creator 9 was reinstalled into a new computer using Windows XP Pro. I can get into most applications via program lists but CD copy isn't there. When I try to open Creator I get a message that Creator has run into a problem and must close. The message seems to go to Microsoft. I have uninstalled Creator 9 and reinstalled twice. The problem won't go away. CD and DVD copy is an application that's very important to me. What could be the cause of this?

There is no program called "Creator 9". There is a 3 year old version called "Easy Media Creator 9 (EMC 9)" and a year old "Roxio Creator 2009". Which version do you have?

The problem is solved. It seems that downloading of Roxio SP4 was needed.

I think (s)he was talking about Creator 2009, but there's not much point in shifting the topic there - it'd be just as useful in the bin.
