please help i don't know what to do

i got toast 10 today and i have a movie on my mac that i wanted to burn on to a dvd play on my dvd player but like around 60% it said an error i can't remember what and took the dvd out and the movie was on but when i tired to play it, it played good but then it started to stick,

 

please help,

 

oh im not sure how to use it, i was using convertxtodvd on my pc

It may be that you need to use a different brand of blank DVD. I suggest Verbatim DVD discs.

 

When you are ready to burn the DVD choose Save as Disc Image instead of clicking the burn button. When the disc image is finished select it using the Image File setting in the Toast Copy window. This will mount the disc image which also should automatically launch DVD Player so you can preview it on your Mac. If all is okay click the burn button with the disc image selected in the Copy window.
