Video clips play as if in slow motion

goldenoldie

Question

After a lot of trial and error on my part (complete novice) I have at last managed to get short video clips, approximately 10 - 15 seconds long each, (which had been saved on my pc as quicktime movies - file format mov) into the VW and MyDVD. I don't want to add any audio as the sound on the videos are what I want, and the resulting DVD would be about 7 minutes long in total.

However, when I preview the movie in MyDVD after the first three or four frames playing well the remaining movie clips all play as if they are in slow motion but the noise/audio plays as normal. They play normally in QTP

I am using Windows XP, and I have also looked at the C Hard disk drive and the capacity is 32.6GB, used space 30.1GB, free space 2.48GB - don't know if that is relevant.

Whether or not the HD space is the problem for slow motion video, you won't have much luck with doing many things with that little free space. You should use CCleaner or at least, the disk cleaner built in XP to remove temp files and any other files you don't need.

Is this the only drive on your system or is there another? If only one, you need to think about upgrading to a larger drive. They are very cheap now.

As for your problem, do other files do the same in MyDVD?

Thanks for that - have used the C cleaner this afternoon and although it has released some room it is obviously not enough. We are thinking of buying a portable hard drive to put some of out other stuff on - would that be okay?

Haven't tried any other files yet, as this was first attempt.
