Hi, I have upgraded from Roxio7.5 to 2010, having also upgraded and changed my camcorder and pc, plus now using Windows 7. Back in January 2005 I was benefiting from this forum and learnt how to use Roxio 7.5. I became so at ease with the 7.5, it has taken me till now to purchase 2010. Hence I am now reading through the many posts to gain a greater understanding of the product. Over the past 5 years I have made many dvd's, been a great pleasure to myself, family and friends - so a great thank you to all the contributers who take time to answer so many questions - your work is much appreciated. Pleasure to see so many of you still busy with this work, perhaps best not to list you in fear of missing someone - but great to read all the replies.

If EMC 7.5 had the widescreen and High Def capabilities, it would be FAR superior to what Creator 2010 is.

I agree - 7.5 is what I was introduced too - I thought it was great. Subsequent releases - not so great.....

Hi grandpabruce, I agree, did find emc 7.5 great but needed to go for a widescreen format. The camcorder is the Sony HDR-CX6EK, uses the 4GB memeory stick. Have just made one short dvd to try outthe new programme. Great to hear from you, Farningham, uk
