Okay... the only really useful information I got was from the topic. So, if you put the install CD in your drive, are you saying you can't view it using Windows Explorer? Do you get an error of some sort? What is it? If you can see files on the disc, is there a "Setup.EXE"? If you double-click on it, does it run? Please let us know exactly what error you're getting. Your comment about "ive tryed to burn the program to try to install it from another disk" doesn't tell us anything and is quite irrelevent to the discussion, except maybe there's an error you get there about trying to read the disc? Again, stick to the facts and tell us what's happening. We're just fellow users who are trying to help.
EdMartin247
Lets see if this helps you out a little more than the last post. I PUT IT IN THE CD DRIVE AND ABOSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS...AT ALL...THE DISK DRIVE SPINS DOWN THE CD ABSOULUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS. AND I REALIZED THAT THE STATEMENT I SAID WASNT RELEVENT TO THE SUBJECT WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO CLARIFTY THAT I TRYED EVERYTHING I COULD DO BEFORE I GOT IN CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY. HOPE THIS CAN CLAIRFY THE OH SO UNUNDERSTOOD REASON FOR THE POST. I CANT VIEW THE CD PERIOD WHICH MEANS IVE WENT INTO MY COMPUTER TO TRY TO VIEW THE DISK AND IT ACTS LIKE THERE ISNT ANY INFORMATION ON IT. YOU EVER BURN A CD AND IT FAILED TO COPY...WELL THERE YOU HAVE IT. I EVEN WENT TO RUN AND TRYED TO INSTALL IT THE "OLD FASHION" WAY.

Brendon
Shouting [using all capital letters] didn't make your message any more understandable. If English isn't your first language, perhaps you could post in your native language and we could translate it easier?
d_deweywright
It definitely sounds like you have a bad disc. You'll have to contact Roxio directly to resolve your problem. As I stated before, we're just fellow users, not Roxio employees.
