Uninstall Problems

I'm having problems also. I'm getting error message 0652. Before that I was getting a popup of Roxio Update Manager saying "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'un.msi' in box below. I was going to uninstall and got the error 0652. I was going to do a clean install. But can't get there. Can anyone help???

Try using an alternate/other "registry cleaner" to remove bad entries. one very popular (and free) one is CCleaner and can be found (among other places) at filehippo.com

Thanks I did do as you said. I did get to burn some of my pics on a CD. But the program freezes if you do to much at once. Now I'm finding I can't do any creating of anything. Such as create a label or slideshow.

I have the same problem on 4 years old computer using xp. I haven't found an answer but it has been suggested that I haven't enough memory left. Out of 512MB I now have only 176MB. I'm thinking of deleting and uninstalling as much as I can to see if it is the answer.

512 MB is far too low to even think of doing any video work

 

The 'minimum' requirements stated are ridiculously low really

Try getting rid of some of the old programs you don't use anymore using Revo Uninstaller in the Moderate mode.

Did you run the CCleaner to get rid of junk files? I would not recommend the Registry clean in CCleaner.
