nVidia card problem

Cranky1

Question

I am having the same problems in Creator 2010. Have a brand new HP Pavilion elite which is suppose to handle gaming so I don't think it is our computer. We have Windows 7. Roxio doesn't answer on a Support Line (1-877-769-4601) - says the office is closed but I am calling week days and hours they should be open. Is this a BAD SIGN!

If you are having "the same problem" in C2010 then that is where you should be posting. Also list your your system specs, especially video card.

Mr Cranky had already posted his problem and was given an answer. It is the nVidia card and perhaps he is asking Roxio to fix an nVidia problem with certain cards. Not all NVidia cards display this problem.. I would also guess that he didn't try older drivers as suggested.

Mr Cranky, did you try creating a web ticket?

Where did you get that telephone number? The one I have is listed here. If you just got the product, you will be asked for a charge card number but you will not be charged unless you agree to it. Also if you bought the product directly from Roxio, you have a 30 day money back guarantee. Follow these instructions
