Camera not recognised in Creator 2010 Pro

Hi

I'm a bit new with Creator 2010 pro and this is my first post.

I have connected my Camera Finepix F30 to the computer and it's recognised, but there is nothing showing in Creator 10 in the get photo's area

I have downloaded the update's and latest drivers for creator 10 and Camera but still nothing

Your help would be apprecated

I'm using Windows XP

Do you have the firmware upgrade Version 1.02 on your camera? (Here)

 

I personally prefer to do all of my transfers with Windows Explorer and a Card Reader. Is that something you can try?

Hi Jim Thanks for your reply had the camera about 18 months so possibly don't have v 2.1, with referance windows explorer yes I can use that, but wanted to do it all in one place, is downloading the update for the camera stright forward looks a bit complicated to me

That Finepix update is 1.02 and does address some transfer issues. But it need a clean card to do the update, so you want to remove all of your pictures first!
