I am sorry to do this i'm an elderly guy whos trying to post a problem on this site and cant find how to.I have written to the help people on here or at least i think i have but opening everything i can find i cant find how to do it .

This is a board where users help each other to use Roxio software. You're not talking to Roxio when you talk to us.

 

Please tell us [1] What Roxio software suite you are using [name and version number] and then

[2] What operating system you're using [e.g. Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7], then

[3] What are you trying to do with it, and

[4] Where is it going wrong, or what errors are you getting.

 

If you can answer those four questions for a start, we can start to help you.
