Hi! Wheres the best place for me to Find Support?

Hi! I'm new to using Roxio software. I recently bought MyDVD VideoLab 10. After installing, it would not output video, giving me the error "unable to build render graph" when I tried to output. I have posted in the MyDVD forum, but haven't recieved an answer in over a week. If anyone has any information on this, its appreciated (I already switched from hardware to software) but I am concluding from the overwhelming views and the underwhelming amount of responses this is an issue I have to talk to Roxio about.

There was no information about this paticular error in the support page of the site.

Where can I submit a request for help?

Thanks!

P.S. Should I just return it and switch to a better program? So far Ive been pretty displeased with the incredible lack of help from Roxio themselves, and the utter lack of Roxio employees on these forums. The site also contains little infomation, as does the manual and help menus inside the program I purchased. If anyone from Roxio read this, please take this into account in your current developing programs.

At the top of this page, click on Support, then Support Home, when that page opens type in "Build Render Graph" (without the quotes) in the search and see if either of the 2 entries in the Roxio Knowledgebase is helpful.

Unforunately after going through that and changing file names I still have had no luck.

My Specs:

Windows XP SP2

Intel Celeron CPU

504 mb RAM

I dont know about graphics... I went into Device Manager and got Legacy Video Capture, and I also have Intel Express under my visual hardware stuff... I also have Legacy Audio Capture and Realtek drivers if that helps. Another file says "Video Codecs" and shows that it is standard system hardware.

The Intel chipset is fairly poor (it's onboard and using system RAM). Open the BIOS and increase the amount of available RAM and see if that helps. With 504 MB RAM, that sounds as if there is only 8 MB allocated to video

But, your specs are very low end and even then you may have difficulty doing any video work at all

Oddly, Changing where I was saving the file to a location without spaces in the file name worked for me too!
