I have a Windows 7 OS, and I have Roxio 10CE which came bundled with my new Plextor DVD drive.
My current screen resolution is 1920 X 1080 on a 24" monitor. I also have a high-end video card.
My problem is I am trying to burn some web videos that I converted from .flv to .avi onto 120 min DVD disc.
Everytime I click on the My DVD icon I get a message that reads "The current display settings do not meet the minimum requirements. The screen resolution must be 1024 X 768 or higher and the color 16 bit or higher."
I have way in excess of this so this doesn't even make sense.
Anyone know how to get past or correct this?
Roxio doesn't provide support because this software came bundled with my new drive.
